Pave De Rump De Bœuf Sauce Béarnaise
7oz rump steak cooked to your liking, served with roasted cherry tomatoes, a grilled mushroom filled with celeriac & truffle, French beans & pomme Anna potatoes, garnished with a traditional Béarnaise sauce
