The book, which celebrates the very best of French home cooking, has been the talk of the town since the launch of its successful crowdfunding campaign earlier this year and we are delighted to announce that it is now available to buy from the restaurant for just £15.

French home cooking for busy lives
After 30 years of cooking, tasting and refining some of the finest French cooking there is, Olivier has selected over 90 dishes that he has developed throughout his life in various parts of France, in London and in the North West of England – his home for the last 25 years.
Each dish is assembled using simple, readily available ingredients to create a tantalising menu of starters, snacks, mains and desserts – including an extensive vegetarian section and some professional ‘cheats’ to make the prep process that little bit quicker.
The book runs to 230 pages, with each recipe accompanied by a short introduction or anecdote explaining why Olivier was inspired to include it and beautifully illustrated with glorious photography.
